Your Agreement with dbdok

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "dbdok", "we", "us", "our" refers to the dbdok platform and its operating entity, which provides online betting and casino services accessible at dbdok.io.
• "Platform" refers to the dbdok website, all associated pages, account services, betting interfaces, live casino environments, slot game sections, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the Platform, through which the Player accesses services and holds a BDT balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, welcome bonus amounts, or reload bonus credits awarded to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that must be staked on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that dbdok may require any Player to complete at any time.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct listed in Section 7 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and the use of automated betting software.

2.1 Age Requirement. The dbdok Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any service on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. dbdok may request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension pending resolution.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the dbdok Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under any alias — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dbdok reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed through those accounts, and confiscate any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times. Providing false registration information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of deposited funds where fraud is established.

2.4 Account Credentials. Upon completing registration, you will create a username and password to access your Account. You are solely responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dbdok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

2.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dbdok makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is at the Player's own risk and may result in account closure.

3.1 Verification Requirement. dbdok may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may be triggered upon registration, at the point of the first withdrawal request, following a significant increase in account activity, or at any other time determined by dbdok's compliance procedures.

3.2 Accepted Identity Documents. For the purpose of completing KYC verification, dbdok may request one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport (photo page)
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, dated within 90 days)
• Mobile banking account screenshot confirming registered number ownership (for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay verification)

3.3 Withdrawal Restriction Pending Verification. dbdok reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal request until KYC verification has been completed to its satisfaction. Deposits may continue to be accepted during a pending KYC review; however, withdrawals will remain suspended until verification is finalised. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.

3.4 Failed Verification. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period as communicated by dbdok, or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or misrepresentative, dbdok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account. In cases of confirmed identity fraud, any balance held in the Account may be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. dbdok currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

dbdok reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any changes to available payment methods through the Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits. A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies to all accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Account dashboard and may vary based on the selected payment method and the Player's verification status. dbdok reserves the right to amend transaction limits without prior notice.

4.3 Own Payment Methods Only. Players must only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to a third party will be returned, less any applicable processing fees, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. This requirement is part of dbdok's anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by dbdok within one to three business days of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times for delivery to the Player's mobile banking account will depend on the payment provider. dbdok does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

4.5 Currency. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbdok does not accept deposits in or convert funds from any foreign currency.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account is classified as dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. dbdok may charge an administrative fee of ৳200 per month against dormant Account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of dormant account fees. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed at dbdok's discretion.

5.1 Availability of Bonuses. dbdok may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the dbdok Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Players are advised to review the contribution rates before selecting games to fulfil wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. dbdok reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, and any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine engagement with the Platform.

5.5 No Entitlement to Bonuses. The availability of any bonus or promotion does not create any right or entitlement for a Player to receive such an offer. dbdok may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the dbdok Platform are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport or game type. A bet is accepted and confirmed only when the Platform returns a bet confirmation reference to the Player. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not deemed accepted, regardless of any deduction from the Account balance, which will be reversed.

6.2 Void Bets. dbdok reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result being determined; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

6.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets on dbdok cover pre-match and live in-play betting for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Specific cricket betting rules, including rules governing rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results, match abandonment, and over-reduction, are governed by the cricket betting rules published on the Platform, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.4 Live Casino Games. Live casino games on the dbdok Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio, which are displayed within the game interface. dbdok is not responsible for game malfunctions or interruptions that originate with the game studio's systems; in such cases, the game studio's void-game procedures will apply.

6.5 Slots and Random Number Generator Games. All slot titles on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are provided by the game developers and are available within the game information panel. RTP percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. dbdok reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet and maximum daily winnings limits. These limits, where applicable, are displayed in the Platform's betting interface and Account settings. Any winnings that exceed applicable maximum limits will be capped at the stated maximum, and the excess will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbdok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one registered Account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Identity fraud: Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents for the purpose of registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker, live blackjack, or any multiplayer format available on the Platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Systematically exploiting price differences between dbdok and other operators in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's pricing rather than genuine engagement with sports betting markets.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in contravention of applicable Bangladesh law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating or causing a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider in relation to any deposit made on the Platform.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit any software bug, vulnerability, or error in the Platform's systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by dbdok, including operating a betting agency, sub-account, or any form of third-party account management.

8.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. dbdok is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, dbdok strongly encourages Players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to contact the support team for assistance.

8.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days during which they will not be able to log in, place bets, or access the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on the Platform may request full self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, the Account will be closed, all promotional communications will cease, and the Player will not be permitted to re-register.

8.3 Age Verification and Minor Protection. dbdok enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Players are responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to their Account. dbdok recommends that Players using shared devices enable account password protection and log out after every session.

9.1 Ownership of Platform Content. All content on the dbdok Platform, including but not limited to the dbdok brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, betting tools, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of dbdok or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Permitted Use. dbdok grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without dbdok's prior written consent.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Live casino games, slot titles, and other game content accessible through the Platform are provided under licence from their respective developers and studios, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Use of game content is subject to the end-user terms imposed by those studios in addition to these Terms.

9.4 Restrictions. You must not use any automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tool to collect odds data, game content, or any other information from the Platform. You must not frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website or application without dbdok's prior written authorisation.

10.1 Platform Availability. dbdok endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond dbdok's reasonable control may result in periods of Platform unavailability. dbdok accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbdok excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss resulting from reliance on any content published on the Platform.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where dbdok is found liable for any direct loss caused to a Player, dbdok's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. dbdok shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond dbdok's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, power outages, or failures of internet infrastructure.

10.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform relies on third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and game content providers. dbdok accepts no responsibility for delays, errors, or failures attributable to third-party service providers, though dbdok will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate resolution of any such issues on behalf of affected Players.

11.1 Collection and Use of Personal Data. dbdok collects and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. The full details of how dbdok collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data are set out in the dbdok Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

11.2 Data Security. dbdok protects all personal data and account information using 256-bit SSL encryption. Player passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Access to personal data within dbdok's internal systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

11.3 Consent to Marketing Communications. By registering on the Platform, you consent to receiving promotional communications from dbdok relating to bonuses, new games, seasonal promotions, and platform updates. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [email protected] or by updating your communication preferences in the Account settings panel.

12.1 Right to Amend. dbdok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, dbdok will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

12.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12.3 Archive of Previous Versions. Where material amendments are made to these Terms, dbdok will maintain a summary of the principal changes for a period of 90 days following the effective date of the revised Terms. Players may request access to the previous version of these Terms by contacting the support team.

13.1 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the dbdok support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five business days.

13.2 Closure by dbdok. dbdok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed; the Player has supplied false information during registration or KYC; the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; or continued operation of the Account would expose dbdok to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure by either party, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules and settled stakes or winnings credited or forfeited accordingly. Bonus funds are for feited upon Account closure unless the Player has met all applicable wagering requirements prior to the closure date.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of applicable law. dbdok operates with a commitment to fair play and transparent dispute resolution for all players across Bangladesh.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, transaction, account action, or Platform decision, Players must first submit a formal complaint to the dbdok support team by emailing [email protected]. The complaint must include the Player's username, the date and reference number of the relevant transaction or event, and a clear description of the issue. dbdok will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.

14.3 Escalation. Where a Player is not satisfied with dbdok's response to a formal complaint, the matter may be escalated by submitting further written correspondence to [email protected] marked "Formal Escalation". dbdok will conduct a senior-level review of escalated complaints and respond within ten business days. dbdok's decision following escalation review is final with respect to the Platform's internal procedures.

14.4 Language of Disputes. All dispute correspondence, complaints, and formal communications between the Player and dbdok shall be conducted in English.

14.5 Limitation Period. Any claim or complaint arising from your use of the Platform must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may be declined at dbdok's discretion.
